Dispatching times

Orders placed online via the www.lnknits.com site are dealt with each day from Monday to Friday, except public holiday. LN Knits does its utmost to treat and dispatch any order received before 12am the very same day.

Transport times

Transport times depend on the transporter chosen by the Customer and the place of delivery. LN Knits informs Customers of the delivery times on a purely indicative basis, as given by the chosen transporter.

For delivery in Belgium, the articles in stock are generally delivered in 48h. For the exact delivery time in another country, please contact our Customer Service team via hello@lnknits.com.

  • Pick-up in the LN Knits Flagshipstore (Leopoldstraat 22,2000 Antwerp)
  • Bpost pick-up points
  • Bpost Parcel Locker
  • Standard delivery by Bpost
  • Green Delivery by Cargo Velo (for the following zipcodes: 2000, 2018, 2060, 2600, 2140, 2020, 2050, 2100, 9000, 9040, 9050, 9030, 9032, 9050)
  • METHODS OF DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE BENELUX: In Europe and abroad, delivery is carried out via various transporters: Bpost, DHL, UPS, etc. The charges involved depend on the country of destination. The charges are indicated to the Customer before the final validation of his order. Please note the customer is responsible for any kind of import taxes that might apply.

Return

You have 14 calendar days to return an order, calculated from the day following the delivery of the product. Once you have requested a return by sending an e-mail to hello@lnknits.com and by filling in the online 'return request form', your returned package must reach us within 7 days.

Return costs are carried by the customer. You can choose your own shipping method, but we strongly recommend shipping with tracking option, as you are responsible for the package until it reaches our office or store.

Postage costs will only be refunded if you have received a product that was not the product you ordered or if the product was damaged when you received it.

If the product you are returning satisfies all the conditions (in new condition, in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed etc.), your choice of refund will be executed asap.

You can also come and exchange your product in the LN Knits Flagshipstore. Please note that if you choose for a complete refund, this will go via our office and won’t be executed in the store itself.
